Crafty Camps at Crafty Art Club

Craft art club logo

All kids love to get their hands dirty with paint, from those early (and messy stages) of painting with their fingers to expressing themselves through art as they grow and develop. The benefits of art classes for kids extend far beyond the creation of a pretty picture. Research has shown that kids who are regularly engaged in creative pursuits such as painting and drawing classes, develop a greater capacity for problem solving, risk taking, visual understanding, out-of-the-box critical thinking, and communication skills all necessary for children to grow and develop into successful and healthy adults.

Art classes also allow for kids to release their emotions and has many benefits for both their mental and emotional health. As any good parent knows nothing settles an upset child better than focusing on something creative like cutting and sticking or painting and colouring.
